Alabama Man Pleads Guilty to Controlled Substance Violation

U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that QUINCY WHITE, age 41, and a resident of Mobile, Alabama, pled guilty on January 10, 2023 before United States District Judge Greg G. Guidry to a one-count bill of information charging him with possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).

According to court documents, on October 24, 2021, federal and local agencies investigated WHITE in LaPlace, Louisiana. After being arrested, WHITE admitted to purchasing packages of “methamphetamine” from inside a spare tire that was recovered from inside of the vehicle he was driving.
