Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District announce an arrest has been made and an additional suspect is sought in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, February 6, 2023, in the 700 block of Gresham Place, Northwest.
At approximately 2:49 pm, Third District officers observed suspects brandishing a handgun and taking property from the victim at the listed location. Officers were able to apprehend one of the suspects.
On Monday, February 6, 2023, 27-year-old Giovanni Anderson of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).
This case remains under investigation. Anyone who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police
