Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the homicide of 21-year-old Vicki Harrell. Ms. Harrell was found dead by her husband in their apartment in the 1000 block of Ann Street on March 19, 1976.
During the investigation, multiple witnesses told officers they saw a man leaving the victim’s apartment the night of the homicide. The male suspect was described as 17-20 years old and between 5’4′ to 5’7″.
