Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 2001 murder of 25-year-old Telemachus “Tim” McNeal.
On January 25, 2001, Mr. McNeal was shot and killed in the 6900 block of Skillman Street. The investigation determined Mr. McNeal was shot by an unknown suspect during a robbery.
