Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the murder of 30-year-old David Hawkins.
On May 1, 1999, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Mr. Hawkins was shot and killed in a restaurant parking lot in the 9600 block of Skillman Street. The suspect was described as a Latin male between 17 and 20 years old, with a thin build, short hair in the front, and a shag style in the back. He was last seen wearing a checkered shirt and light blue jeans.
