Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 2017 homicide of 23-year-old Hakim Fahmi. On May 13, 2017, at about 4:00 a.m., Mr. Fahmi was shot and killed in front of his apartment at 220 W. Overton Road.
Witnesses described the shooter as a black male dressed in all-black clothing.
