The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 2004 murder of 30-year-old Steve Delgado.
On May 16, 2004, Mr. Delgado was shot and killed in the 200 block of S. Lancaster Avenue. Mr. Delgado was at a party in the courtyard of an apartment complex when a fight broke out. When Mr. Delgado and another person tried to break up the fight, an unknown suspect shot Mr. Delgado.
