Dallas Police
On September 6, 2023, the Dallas Police Department Public Integrity Unit arrested Police Officer Nicholas Hernandez, #12223, for Assault-Family Violence, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Officer Hernandez was off-duty at the time of the offense.
Officer Hernandez has been on the Department since July 2021 and is assigned to the Southeast Patrol.
He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
