On July 13, 2024, Sergeant Thomas Fry, #8003, Detention Services, was arrested on warrant for felony Theft by the Royce City Police Department.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Dallas Police Department Public Integrity Unit following an investigation into allegations of criminal misconduct.
He remains on administrative leave pending the outcome of an IAD administrative investigation.
