On November 5, 2023, Sergeant Ruben Lozano, #9732, was arrested for Family Violence and Unlawful Restraint on warrants out of the Irving Police Department.
Sergeant Lozano was off-duty at the time of the offense.
Sergeant Lozano has been on the Department since January 2009 and is assigned to the Central Business District.
He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
