30 pm, Dallas Police responded to the 10000 Harry Hines Blvd. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found a man shot behind a vacant business. Dallas Fire Rescue responded, and the man died at the scene.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office will assist in identifying the man.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 187770-2023.
