34 PM officers responded to a call for service in the 7000 block of S Central Expy. The preliminary investigation determined a suspect, 21-year-old OSAHOM MIKE-IRABOR, entered the tow yard and took a vehicle. As the suspect was leaving the tow yard, he hit the male victim with the vehicle and left the location. The victim was transported to a local hospital and remains in critical condition.
On August 12, 2023, the victim died from his injuries.
The suspect is in custody and has been charged with murder.
