Dallas Police
30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for service in the 17600 block of Addison Road.
The preliminary investigation determined that 34-year-old Gregory Nunn was assaulted at the location and transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Further investigation identified 25-year-old Daymon Lamar Payton as the suspect.
On December 15, 2023, Payton turned himself in. He is charged with Murder and was taken to the Dallas County Jail.
