Dallas Police
15 p.m., Dallas police responded to a call for service in the 200 block of S. Lancaster Ave. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim, 51-year-old Paul Wright, dead in an apartment. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 172706-2023.
