Dallas Police
45 PM Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 100 block of N. Masters Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim, 18-year-old Kevin Hernandez, shot on the ground. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and transported Hernandez to a local hospital where he died. This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 089430-2024.
