Dallas Police
10 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of Foreman Street.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found a man had been shot. He died at the scene.
The Medical Examiner’s Office will help to identify the victim.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 172079-2023.
