The Dallas Police Department announce the arrest of a suspect in connection with terroristic threat captured on viral video. On March 28, 2025, Dallas Police arrested Philip De La Rosa, 34, and charged him with Terroristic Threat, a Class B Misdemeanor.
On March 26, 2025, De La Rosa was seen on video making anti-Semitic threats against the victim, which was posted to social media and reported to police. Detectives identified De La Rosa and located him in Plano, where he was arrested.
The Department takes every report of a hate crime seriously and will pursue justice for every victim. This successful outcome was made possible through the teamwork and cooperation of our Criminal Intelligence and Fugitive Units, and the Plano Police Department.
