On December 18, 2023, Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst Jose Espinoza-Heras was arrested for Public Intoxication by a Dallas County Constable.
Espinoza-Heras was off-duty at the time of the arrest.
Espinoza-Heras has been with the Department since June of 2023 and is assigned to the Intelligence Division.
He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
