Dallas Police
40 p.m., a Dallas Police officer driving in the 800 block of south Munger Avenue found a vehicle that appeared to have been involved in an accident. The preliminary investigation determined that the driver had been shot in the vehicle by an unknown suspect. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene, and transported the driver, identified as Tony Mosley, 41, to the hospital where he died. Investigators later determined that the shooting took place in a parking lot in the 5000 block of east Grand Avenue. The investigation is ongoing and documented under case #175872-2024.
