Dallas Police
10 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 5100 block of Langdon Road. The preliminary investigation determined that one victim, identified as Charles Powell, 42, had been shot by an unknown suspect and died at the scene. This is an ongoing investigation, documented under case number 193431-2024.
