Dallas Police
30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for service in the 2700 block of Lemmon Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Justin Allen, 28, shot at the location.
Allen was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Further investigation determined Allen was shot in the 200 block of Prather Street.
This investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 007203-2024.
