30 AM officers responded to a shooting call in the 600 block of Reverchon Dr. The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, 21-year-old Kevin Estrada, and victim, 38-year-old Juan Carlos Villegas, were fighting when the suspect shot the victim. The suspect left the location. The victim was transported to a local hospital and died from his injuries. The suspect was found and taken into custody.
Estrada has been charged with Murder.
