Dallas Police
25 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a major accident call in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found 25-year-old Faneal Tesfit shot and unresponsive inside of his vehicle. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and Tesfit died at the scene. The investigation determined the complainant lost control of his vehicle after being shot by an unknown suspect. His vehicle went off the road and crashed into the side of an empty house.
