Dallas Police
10 a.m., Dallas Police responded to 3800 Cardinal Drive for a man who had been stabbed. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 41-year-old Harold Dillard laying on the ground. Dallas Fire Rescue responded, Dillard died at the scene.
