Dallas Police
40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 400 block of South Winnetka Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Stephano Osorio, 23, and a 16-year-old male, both shot at the scene. Osorio died from his injury, and the teen was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
Further investigation identified the suspect in the shooting as 20-year-old Salvador Martinez. The investigation determined there had been a recent, ongoing argument between the victims and the suspect.
Martinez was charged with Murder and taken to the Dallas County Jail.
