Dallas Police
10 AM, Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 7400 block of Pineberry Road.
The preliminary investigation determined a suspect shot at an occupied vehicle driving by the scene.
Further investigation identified 18-year-old Terron Moore as the suspect who shot at the vehicle. No one in that vehicle was hit, but one person in the group with the suspect, 17-year-old Christopher Wells, was shot at the scene. Wells was taken by private vehicle to a local hospital where he died.
Terron Moore was arrested and charged with Murder.
This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 091128-2024.
