Dallas Police
15 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 8700 block of Dunlap Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found the victim, Michael Chalmers, 29, shot at the scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and Chalmers died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 130131-2023.
