42 pm, Dallas Police responded to a pedestrian struck call in the 400 block of N. Moore. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found a man in the street after being hit by a vehicle still at the scene. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and took the victim to a local hospital, where he died.
The preliminary investigation determined the victim was arguing with another man, when the suspect got into his vehicle and hit the victim.
The investigation identified the suspect as 61-year-old Emmanual Green. Officers located Green, took him into custody and to the Dallas County Jail. He has been charged with Murder.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 030216-2023.
The victim is not being identified until next of kin is notified.
