Dallas Police
10 pm, Dallas Police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of N. Prairie Avenue regarding a male lying unresponsive in the street. The preliminary investigation determined the reporting person, a driver passing by the location, saw the person in the street.
Further investigation identified the victim as 17-year-old Isaias Esquivel and determined he had been shot. The victim died at the scene.
