Dallas Police
30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to the 1600 block of Regal Row for a call of a shooting.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found two men shot.
One man was taken to a local hospital, another man died at the scene.
The name of the victim is not being released until family notifications are made.
