40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 440 block of S. St. Augustine Drive.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim, 24-year-old Juvenal Antero, shot at the location.
Further investigation determined that two suspects forced their way into the apartment and shot Antero.
The suspects left the location.
DFR responded and transported Antero to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, and it will be documented under case number 232551-2023.
