Dallas Police
00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a disturbance call in the 2200 block of Van Cleave Drive.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 30-year-old Donatus Foy unconscious at the location. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and Foy died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
