Dallas Police
00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 8400 block of Midpark Road.
The preliminary investigation determined that 41-year-old Ivan Mosley was in a verbal argument with another man, when the man shot Mosley. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and Mosley died at the scene. The unknown suspect left the scene.
This remains an ongoing investigation and will be documented under case number 227260-2023.
