Dallas Police
45 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a Request by Fire call in the 2700 block of Northaven Road. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Efrain Xicol Quej, 25, unresponsive on the ground, in the parking lot. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and transported Xicol Quej to a local hospital where he died. The investigation determined two suspects were seen kicking and punching the victim.
Arrest warrants for Murder were obtained for the two suspects, identified as Antonio Seb Tzub, 36 and Reginaldo Seb Tzub, 33. The suspects are not in custody.
