Dallas Police
20 pm, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 18000 block of Kelly Road. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found a man shot. The man died at the scene.
The suspect, 29-year-old Darryle Fields was taken into custody and will be charged with manslaughter. The incident will be documented on case number 171548-2023.
