Dallas Police
35 PM, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 400 block of Palm Oak Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived two adult females had been shot. Dallas Fire responded and transported both women to a local hospital. One of the women, Tramaine Gulley, 39, died from her injuries at the hospital. The second victim is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 149694-2023.
Further investigation identified a suspect, Angel Harris. Harris has been arrested charged with Aggravated Assault and Murder.
