Today, November 21, 2024, Police Officer Ali Toppa, #12098, turned himself in to the Irving Police Department for an outstanding warrant out of Dallas for Unauthorized Release of Body Worn Camera Recording, Misdemeanor A.
Officer Toppa has been with the Department since September 2020 and is assigned to the Northwest Patrol Division. He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
