Dallas Police
40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3000 block of South Boulevard. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Kyle Cousin, 32, shot inside the residence. Cousin died from his injuries at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 166490-2023.
