On November 2, 2024, Recruit Jason Orr, #12737, was arrested in Dallas by the Texas Department of Public Safety for DWI, Misdemeanor B. Recruit Orr was off-duty at the time of the offense.
Recruit Orr has been with the Department since May 2024 and is assigned to the Dallas Police Basic Academy. He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
