The Dallas Department continues to investigate the 2017 murder of 21-year-old Herston Monroe.
On February 17, 2017, at approximately 11:40 pm, Mr. Monroe was shot and killed by unknown suspect inside his apartment in the 4000 block of Frankford Road.
