Dallas Police
40 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3400 block of York Street. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 23-year-old Curtis Dowell shot at the location. Dowell was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Further investigation identified a suspect, 31-year-old Jamee Parsons. An arrest warrant for Murder has been issued for Parsons. He is not in custody.
