10 AM, officers responded to a shooting call in the 4500 block of Village Fair Dr. The preliminary investigation determined an unknown suspect shot 38-year-old Quentin Gellington, and a woman. Both victims were transported to a local hospital. Gellington died from his injuries and the woman is in stable condition. This is an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case numbers 184254-2023 and 184260-2023.
