Dallas Police
35 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2000 block of Vine Lane. The preliminary investigation determined Hector Barrios Verdugo, 36, was shot during a disturbance at the location. Verdugo was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injury.
The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 141355-2023.
