Dallas Police
50 AM, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2600 block of Macon Street. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found a man shot on the sidewalk. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and the man was transported to a local hospital where he died.
The man’s identity will be confirmed by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 085647-2024.
