Dallas Police
30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to an accident call in the 2800 block of Ladybird Lane. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Cesar Augusto Alvarez Bravo, 24, in a car, dead from a gunshot wound.
The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 153795-2023.
