Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 2021 murder of 54-year-old Lynetta Washington.
Ms. Washington was shot and killed the night of April 25, 2021, while walking alone in the 4300 block of Duncanville Road. The preliminary investigation determined Ms. Washington was in the center median of the road when she was shot by an unknown person.
