Dallas Police Seek Public’s Aid in Hit and Run Case

Dallas Police

00 PM, Dallas Police responded to the 2600 block of Elsie Fay Heggins Street for a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian.

The preliminary investigation determined the victim, a five-year-old child, was crossing the road with an adult just west of Malcolm X Boulevard.
