The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 1998 murder of 19-year-old Ron Carr.
On April 7, 1998, Carr was shot and killed inside his vehicle in the 2700 block of Toluca Avenue. The investigation determined two black male suspects were seen running from the scene of the shooting. While running, one suspect dropped a jersey with the name “Hoard” and the number “33” on it.
