DC Police Hunt for Fourth District Robbery Suspects

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in reference to Robbery offenses that occurred on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in the Fourth District.

• Robbery (Fear): At approximately 8:47 p.m. the suspects approached the victim at the intersection of Carroll Street and Cedar Street, Northwest. The suspects demanded the victim’s property while holding their backpacks in a way that made the victim believe they had weapons. The victim complied. The suspects fled with the victim’s property.
• Attempted Robbery (Fear): At approximately 9:00 p.m., the suspects approached the victim in the 6500 block of 3^rd Street, Northwest. The suspects demanded the victim’s property while holding their backpacks in a way that made the victim believe they had weapons. The victim fled without giving them their property.

Anyone who can identify these suspects or has any information about this incident should take no action but call police
