The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance to identify a suspect who burglarized a residence.
On Sunday, June 2, 2024, at approximately 2:50 a.m., a suspect entered an occupied residence in the 1500 block of 8th Street, Northwest. Once inside, the suspect took property and then fled the scene.

Anyone who can identify this suspect or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police
